SPECIAL AUCTION NOTIFICATION: During June 2024, the city of Rock Valley, IA experienced a flooding event. The items being sold for Quality Machine Products, Inc. and Rocket Manufacturing were involved in floodwaters. The flood waters were approximated to be 30 inches deep inside the buildings. The approximate amount of time was 30 minutes. The flooded conditions were five to six hours.
QUALITY MACHINE PRODUCTS, INC. have cleaned as much of the flood residue as possible. There was approximately 30 inches of water inside the building. It’ s important for any bidders and the ultimate buyers to understand the machines will need to have maintenance and or repair before they can be operating. The machines were under power and operating before the flood. The machines which are being offered at this auction cannot be demonstrated.

ROCKET MANUFACTURING is being used at the Rock Valley School district, Rock Valley, Iowa. The Three machines which are being offered all included in the flood. Buyers must consider necessary repairs or maintenance before these machines can be operated. These machines are located at the high school and will need to be removed from the high school according to the loadout terms and conditions.
